Return & Exchange Policy

1. A 'Return' may be understood to mean the action of giving back the item purchased by You on the Website, to Donear in the event the following situations which include but are not limited to the following arise:

  • (a) A defective or damaged product being dispatched by;
  • (b) A wrong product being dispatched by

2. may at its sole discretion accept the Return irrespective of the terms of the policy.

3. We encourage You to review the returns and refund policy prior to making the decision to purchase the products. In the event You order a wrong item, You shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

4. We have a 30-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us within 30 days of the products being purchased. You are required to raise a return request containing full details of the order and the products sought to be returned must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of placing the order and if approved then the refund amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 5-7 working days. 

5. The 30-day policy is not applicable to Socks and Handkerchiefs once delivered, They may not be returned.

6. All return items are run past and must fulfil the parameters laid down by our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. We may in our sole discretion reject such returns.

7. Return items must be undamaged and returned i) as delivered with all original tags and sewn labels intact ii) an unworn, unopened and unused state

8. Return items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage or application is not covered by this returns policy and returns of such products will not be accepted.

9. Any Special rules during sales or promotional offers might override this Returns Policy.
